Subject: another dessert offering

Here's one that has become a treat for the adult patrol in our troop. =
It'd be impossible to do it for too big a crowd but for 15 or so, it's =
always a hit: =20

Take an egg roll wrapper and schmear it with cream cheese that has been =
softened and mixed with some powdered sugar). Spoon any fruit filling =
we all normally use for cobblers - apple, peach, cherry, whatever - and =
sprinkle with a little cinnamon. =20

Roll up burrito style and seal all edges with water so it won't leak. =
In a skillet, brown the dessert burrito in about 1/2 inch or so of corn =
oil on both sides. When brown and crunchy, drain on paper towels, =
sprinkle with a little more powdered sugar and enjoy! Would be even =
more decadent if we could all just keep the ice cream frozen somehow so =
we can scoop some on top! =20
