XIX COURT OF HONOR (3)

A brief informal meeting round the campfire when the Troop has withdrawn to allow the Scouter an opportunity to instruct the Patrol Leaders about arrangements for the following day, especially Early Services (see XX), Morning Inspection, Scouts' Own and the work of the Duty Patrol.
