No test requiring violent exercise should be taken unless the member has passed a general physical examination. The Guide of each group should see that this precaution is observed, and especially so in the case of the girl members. Failure to observe the condition of the body may result in life-long harm. Girls take the standards according to their ages up to eighteen, but for athletics never over that.

Do not try for any coup in athletics without getting your Guide's approval.
